Preface

I’m sure you’re all familiar with the Baseus brand. Luo Yonghao once praised Baseus as one of the top domestic manufacturers of digital peripherals, and that it’s a brand that makes digital products for a new lifestyle. The brand name Baseus evolved from the concept of “Base on user” (based on users), and is intended to create products that are “new in technology, beautiful in appearance, and better in use”. I recently got a Baseus product – Baseus GaN5 Pro 65W gallium nitride thin and light charger, and I’d like to share my experience with the product with you.

Arrived

The central part on the product packaging for the n times GaN Pro nitrogen gallium nitride thin and light charger 65W is a product image. There is a very conspicuous 65W power rating in the upper right corner and a GaN nitrogen gallium nitride marking in the lower right corner. After opening the packaging, you see a charger colored in Moon Shadow Gray. The overall design adopts a completely new type of flat configuration. Use

Aside from my cell phone, I tested the charger with my computer as well.  It has good compatibility and a good charging power.

Summary

I think the Baseus GaN5 Pro gallium nitride fast charging light and thin charger is pretty good for my daily use, and I only need to take this charger set when I’m on a business trip. There are more and more gallium nitride chargers on the market with various shapes, so you could choose one according to your preference. I prefer the light and thin design of the GaN5 Pro gallium nitride fast charging light and thin charger.

If the product is used in a power strip, especially an office power strip, I do not recommend it because it would take up too much space.

For price, gallium nitride (GaN) chargers in the market that have both Type-C and USB A ports and power over 65W are priced between $30 and $60+. The Baseus GaN5 Pro GaN slim fast charger is not competitively priced, but I prefer its slim and portable design. I believe many people will choose this one.
